Natural Disaster Management

At Roche Insulin Delivery Systems we strive to provide the best service possible to our customers at all times, even when a disaster strikes such as a hurricane, tornado, flood, etc. Our hope is that no one ever has to experience such an event, but if you are ever faced with one, Roche Insulin Delivery Systems is prepared to help.  We have created a Disaster Management Plan to assist customers with managing their diabetes should such an event occur.

In the event of a disaster, you should call ACCU-CHEK Pump Support at 1-800-688-4578. If you are in need of supplies, a dedicated Roche Insulin Delivery Systems staff member in your area will arrange delivery of supplies to you.
